Our company was born from the partnership of Mihai Stanescu, a psychologist, anthropologist, and seasoned business optimization expert, with Dr. Rares Nechifor, an interventional radiologist with over 20 years of experience in modern, minimally invasive medicine, replacing conventional solutions. Both are innovators and authorities in their respective fields.
Together, they have identified a multitude of challenges and opportunities within the healthcare sector. They recognized an abundance of available resources being squandered, a significant demand for timely and accurate healthcare services going unmet, and a disproportionate focus on service delivery rather than on guiding patients from their current state to optimal health.
They discovered numerous vicious cycles hindering a vital societal system and set out to build operational models that would establish virtuous cycles aligning the interests of all stakeholders: patients, physicians, medical facilities, insurers, and employers. Mihai Stanescu
Mihai Stănescu is a psychologist and anthropologist, working as a coach and consultant since 2000. Since 2003, he has been the founder of RoCoach, where he provides executive coaching and mentoring services to business people and managers from both domestic and international organizations.
Over the past 18 years, Mihai Stănescu has implemented organizational development projects through coaching with over 700 private companies from Romania and Southeast Europe (Austria, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria), totaling over 18,000 hours of executive coaching.
In 2007 and 2013, he had the honor of receiving the "Coach Of The Year" award, recognizing both his contribution to increasing the visibility of coaching in Romania and the results of his coaching activities.

Rares Nechifor
Dr. Rareș Nechifor is the Romanian physician with the most extensive experience in Europe in uterine fibroid therapy through embolization.
He is a board-certified interventional radiologist with over 20 years of experience, one of the pioneers of interventional radiology in Romania, and a founding member of the Romanian Society of Neuroradiology and Interventional Radiology (2009).
With over 10,000 endovascular interventions performed through minimally invasive, non-surgical interventional radiology procedures, considered to be the "surgery" of the future, including 8,000 uterine fibroid embolization procedures, Dr. Rareș Nechifor is an international professional reference and trainer to over 300 interventional radiologists from 27 countries worldwide.
